- Open and distribute regular and electronic mail and other material;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries;
- Maintain computerized information filing systems ;
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors;
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;
Salary: 27.5 CAD per hour on at least 30 hours per week. A bachelor's degree in administration is preferred. Work Experience: At least 1 year working experience within the past 2 years.
