Tasks

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

Prepare special orders

Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods

Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

Operate machinery

Bake mixed dough and batters

Experience and specialization

Cake decorating

Additional information

Knowledge of the following are preferred but are not mandatory:

Graphic design, with Adobe Photoshop's current version

Eddy Graphic printing design using an Eddy printer

Fondant work experience for high-end cake
