As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our team and enhance our HR operations.

Education:
A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Additional certifications in HR (such as CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent) are an asset.
Experience:
Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Language:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for effective communication with employees and management.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal & communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze HR data, resolve workplace issues, and implement policies efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
Preferred Computer & Technology Knowledge:
Familiar with HR software and systems for payroll, employee records, and performance management.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization’s workforce needs.
Advise employers and employees on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and workplace agreements.
Negotiate contracts, resolve labor disputes, and provide guidance on employee relations.
Create job descriptions, salary structures, and performance evaluation systems.
Manage hiring, training, career development, and employee support programs.
Maintain HR records and oversee HR management systems.
Recruit and train new employees.
Organize and oversee employee performance reviews.
Research and recommend improvements to employee benefits, health, and safety policies.
Full-time office-based position (Monday to Friday).
