Hoffman's Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring a janitor supervisor for their company located at 3345 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, V5R 0A7.

 

This is a full-time and permanent position.

 

The duties of the janitor supervisor will be as follows.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Janitors and other staff.
• Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend and arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations.
• Hire and train cleaning staff.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records.
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.

 

Education Required

• Completion of secondary school is required.

 

Experience Required

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience is required.

 

Wage and benefits

• Wage being offered is $30.00 per hour.

 

Hours of work

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
